Instacart does not care about their employees..it's all about the money!
Instacart gives their customers free- range to spew whatever ignorance and prejudice in their reviews.
I worked diligently for Instacart. I went to deliver one night with my mum because it was dark and I was getting sent to sketchy neighborhoods for a while. I was doing oil treatment to my hair when I received the text to go and shop. I was not supposed to work that day so I was called in. I stopped immediately and went shopping with my mum.
Thankfully, i found all the items and got to the client's apartment. I had a hard time finding the actual building so the customer's bf came out to get the order from my car.
This customer gave my a 5 star review (the highest review) for the order but went on to say that I was smelling like "***" and I had a "dude" in my car.
I was very offended and reported the issue to Instacart to take that hateful review down. I reached out 2 different occasions to Instacart and none of the area managers cared. I quit working for them. Then 3 months later, i received a text from Instacart to accept a delivery!!
When Instacart was having a busying day, they knew how to find me but they never responded to my complaints.
Reason of review: Not as described/ advertised.
