App Stopped working while shopping . This never happened. Spoke with several agents, Nothing was resolved . Not happy at all. Plus I did Batches l, so wheres my compensation for that Wtf

Dissatisfied with service

My wife works with instacart and several times now there system has crashed leaving her standing at a register for hours. Literally she waited 4 hours to be re directed to a service tec. She wad finally able to have her order fixed just to have the same issue happen again. If you want people to work for you have a reliable system.

User's recommendation: Not unless you like to waite.
