I am an instacart shopper and for 3wks now i have not been able to login to my account to earn money ever since a representative made me update the app. Daily for 3wks now i have spoken with a minimum of 1 representative sometimes 2 and no one can figure out the problem all they can say is wait 24hrs wait 48hrs or the famous i have to escalate this and someone will reach out to you in 24-48hrs.
Well my issue has been escalated at least 4times and of those 4 times 1 person got back to me asking for screenshots or recordings of my issue with the app, i sent the screen recordings and havent heard back since. That was a week now here i sit for 3 wks no access to account no money and no way to make any if instacart has anything to say about it ago.
User's recommendation: A company with no phone number for its employees to call with issues should not be allowed.
Preferred solution: Access to my account .
Instacart Cons: Lousy customer service.
