Instacart - Canceled order
Instacart cancelled my order 15 minutes before the delivery time, without explanation. The first person I spoke to at costumer service, Diane, said โsorry, nothing can be doneโ.
I called back and spoke to the nicest person who worked long and hard to correct the problem. I will be receiving the delivery first thing in the morning. If you donโt get help with a lazy customer care person, call back until you get the help you deserve. Instacart is a screwed up company.
I often get items I didnโt order and replacements I request them not to make.
They tell me to throw out the wrong items and then charge me anyway. Most of the time they donโt care.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $280.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
Instacart Pros: Convenience.
Instacart Cons: Totally disinterested customer service.
