Sept 01 placed (on the free trial) order for HEB and everything worked as it should, in fact great . My problem is.
After I paid for one month(09-07), I Ordered again, this time not so good. Shopper could not find or store was out of 9 items of the 12 ordered. Decided to cancel.
They "cancelled" supposedly but 10-07 another charge is billed and paid. They again "cancelled" and said they would refund.
No refund and now yet again they have billed for 11-07. I am going to have to close my bank account and open new account because of these @#$$#@@'S They are definitely thieves and liars.
I am just so upset, this could have been a wonderful service for all of us that can not get out. Such a shame!!!
Reason of review: Problems with payment.
Monetary Loss: $30.
Preferred solution: Refund $30.00 and get account cancelled!.
I didn't like: Being stolen from online to my bank, Unhappy.
