Instacart - Charged for items not received, grossly overcharged for things I did by weight. Found non 800 numbers to get to an actual person though and wanted to pass on.
Instacart charged me for items I did not receive and for higher weights of things than what I actually got. The shopper left the Publix receipt in one of my bags, it shows exactly what I got and the weight and cost, I know and am good with paying extra for this special service BUT not for things I didnt even get .
Tried to resolve it through online problem submission the day after my delivery and got an email saying theyd get back to me but never did . So I spent hours trying to call but they arent taking calls so finally had to chat which was grueling ending with denial of issuing a refund to my bank because the system wont allow them after 7 days. Thats absolute bs and I cant believe theyre actually getting away with that.
Anyway I found non 800 contact numbers to instacart so you can actually get through and wanted to share with people in my same spot. They are legit.
