The service you provide is needed!made an order and needed to return damaged and wrong items took them back to starter brothers the clerk went upstairs to find the receipt but could not find it, did not accept my phone receipt could not find it then would only do even exchange not the difference of the prices. Called and Lloyd fix the problem, he was excellent!!

Problem with receiving my receipt. That was solved quickly by phone.

The employee did not have a receipt in my bag. The employee of Instacart that I called about receipt took care of me quickly and I have detailed copy of the receipt now. The availability of product I ordered was a problem with Aldis because of shortages and time of year

Instacart - Missing items/cannot reach anyone by phone
I had several missing items to a recent Kroger order. Ive spent over 45 minutes on hold to speak to someone only to be disconnected. The store will not handle since delivery is done by Instacart. The order was placed 11/6/22 When I reviewed the shopper I marked which items were missing. Please refund my money for items never received. Kara Wollenweber
