- - -They claim I have multiple accounts, which isn't true.

Upon shopping and delivering they illegally terminated me. They wrongfully deactivated my account .
They claim that I have multiple account, but this isn't true I have one actual account that is active and instead of deactivating the account that is not in use they chose to deactivate my actual account.
They are a bad company and I hope somebody does something about this. They are hard to get in touch with

The shoppers suck and keep bringing the wrong food to my home. It makes me not want to use the services any longer.
This has happened too many times and I am upset. I ordered goat meat and was sent pig meat. This is unacceptable.
The shoppers must not know international foods. This is the 5th time this has happened.

I had made an order like normal and put in a specific time for delivery between 4-7. Well, let's just say I didn't get a shopper until almost 7:30, then didn't get my order until almost an hour later.
Half of my frozen stuff was thawed, and the store was only 2 miles away.
The shopper admitted to sitting in the parking lot for 10 minutes while the timer was ticking and said he only took it because he felt bad. I ended up getting him banned from ever shopping for me again and a refund of 12 dollars and change.

Ive tried chatting with instacart help multiple times about this issue and its not being resolved when its very simple. I got an oil change yesterday and had to pay in full - I need reimbursement. Valvoline location was listed on CarAdvise and my information was all set but no code loaded.

- - Order delayed 40 minutes; driver was 15 minutes away; refund for $55 was slow.
It appears their driver GPS is screwed up, sending drivers to incorrect addresses. I am a disabled senior with major health concerns.
I placed my order and waited patiently. A message said, 'almost there.' I struggle to make it to the door. I waited a few minutes, but nothing. I came back, checked my phone, and the driver was 15 minutes further away.
This went on for about 40 minutes past due. I go to bed early. I canceled my order, but the refund process is almost criminal. You paid them instantly, but you have to wait days, weeks, or months to get your money back!
Consumer theft. $55, I just needed my beverages: coffee and water. Ridiculous. The place is less than 3 miles from me.
How? The driver on the previous order called along the way.
Late, yes, but determined, and I received my order. It's time somebody stopped the massive theft by these delivery companies: every single one—ALL THIEVES...CRIMINAL.

I signed up for the free 14-day trial just 5 days ago, and just because I signed on my website browser at my job at the same time I signed on my phone, the scam artists of Instacart decided to flag me, making me wait two days out of the eight days I have left! This confirms my decision to keep them, which would be a big huge NOT! They are harboring my credit card information now, and I am unable to remove it due to them flagging and blocking my account!

Verified ReviewerYes, I still have a major problem with Instacart. This delivery driver overstepped his boundaries. He made fun of my medical condition of shaking hands and he drove away and stole my groceries.
I ordered alcohol from Instacart, and my delivery driver refused to give me my groceries because he said I was drunk when I was not. I was shaking because I have a medical condition. He overstepped his boundaries, and he should have never done that.

I've been an Instacart customer for a long time. I'm noticing that the original delivery window changes to the point where I might as well have saved $2 by choosing a wider window.
My original delivery time was 12:11 p.m.
Now it's 1:15 p.m. How many times will it change?

Suddenly, I noticed a charge on my credit card. I called Instacart and requested an explanation. I was advised the charge was a yearly membership. I replied, 'I do not use Instacart; I have no recollection of signing up for a yearly membership,' and requested a refund.
The response: 'It's over 30 days; no refund.' I explained I had been in the hospital and just learned about the charge. I asked to speak with a supervisor, but the representative refused.

The lady that I spoke to was so nice and understanding they were she was nothing like the people that I spoke to in the instacart app in the chat they were *** to put it bluntly no respect did not want to refund the items kept telling me I did add it to the order which I did not So I suggest anybody that has a problem to do exactly what I did I knew instantly to come to his consumer and I would be able to get through to them and I want to thank you guys as well for having this and giving us the ability to make a difference because of y'all at pissed consumer Thank you
