Answer the phone more expediently within a 5 min window, should not have to wait over 5 min for customer service to be available, especially if there is an ISSUE at CHECK OUT!!!

I am sick of being lied to by their robo scripted customer service . I've been waiting almost 2 days and told THREE times, yeah 3, that a shopper was shopping my order when nobody has even picked up my order.

. BECAUSE they didn't want me to cancel my order. Wtf. Now its been rescheduled AGAIN.

And supposed to be here by 7:55 but its currently 7:48 so again they lied. I am pissed and that is terrible service and this is exactly why I won't pay for instacart plus. The only thing that one of the 4 people I spoke with offered was free delivery on my NEXT order? No thanks.

There won't be a next order. I Am more than frustrated right now and trying real hard to keep it together ,. Hey instacart, if you don't have anyone that wants to come out to my area then PLEASE remove your services and ads from this area!!!

I've used Uber and even DoorDash and had a few issues here and there but instacart has been nothing but lies and bs since I tried them. Unfortunately instacart is the only delivery service available in my rural area, but they are definitely not worth the trouble that comes with attempting to use them.

I called for the support team to unlock my account ,an agent told me within 2days like 2 weeks ago and still Im waiting here with out a response ,when I wanna work!! ,got my account deactivated supposedly because o had an account long ago in the past ,like 5 years back ,so I lost all the info ,now I recreated an account, I just recently got deactivated the current one and it says its deactivation is due to the another account I had in the past it says TOO MUCH ACCOUNTS on the PLATFORM, I just want they to FIX this ISSUE Im passing through right now AS A SHOPPER

The driver brought me the wrong cake. I even texted him a message instruction of which one to get. Obviously he didn't bother to read it. I tried to call instacart but instead of anybody answering to help me the phone gets disconnected and it hangs up they must not want to talk to anybody . shame on them. I should have just stayed with doordash at least they were able to help me with different things unlike instacart who can't be bothered. You have ruined my daughter's birthday by sending me the wrong cake. I can't even get in touch with you. I was trying to get my money back but I'm not able to get through to you on the phone

Yesterday my grocery order was sent to our old address. We have been moved for a year and have been receiving our groceries at the new address. They said they would remove my expense on my credit card and I would have to start all over with a new order. Big hassle and I was the one who was on hold for thirty minutes while it was straightened out. I felt at least I would receive a gift card for my experience….Oh wait….those days are long gone

The first representative called me rude and a *** then she put me on hold for over 20 minutes and when I asked for a supervisor she didn’t sent me to the driver. I had to call back wait again finally got somebody to get me a supervisor who was helpful.
