I chose a 5.99 delivery time of the following evening. A two hour window of immediately would have been 7.99 and to have my stuff delivered this evening would have been 6.99, so I chose a time for the next day.
Then I get a text stating my shopping had started, finished, and was out for delivery.
I contacted Instacart and they claim I requested a two hour immediately delivery window... yet I was charged for the price for the following evening's price.
Be very CAREFUL and pay double attention to this. It's not the first time it has happened to me.
When I contacted Instacart, they simply told me it was my mistake. This is the third or fourth time I have had similar issues with them and will probably stop using them moving forward.
