I ordered food and supplies for my 95 year old aunt as she is shut in due to the Coronavirus. She was to receive delivery last evening between 6 and 8 PM.
Hafsatou was the designated shopper and she text me regarding substitutions which I generally approved. The order total was $109.59. When my aunt received the order, it was 90% incorrect! It seems that she received the wrong delivery!
My aunt and I are very disappointed and frustrated as many items are essential...bread, milk, dairy, fruit, crackers and home goods.
Please correct this ASAP as Aunt Rose Calbi, 1730 Mulford Avenue Apt. 3L, Bronx, NY 10461 lives alone and she needs the 22 items on the original order.
I hope you will address this mishap in a timely fashion. If not, I will take the appropriate action and place a stop payment on my credit card!
