Hello I am trying to contact you guys because on Saturday I contacted somebody through the chat and voiced my concerns due to my cancellation rate being a lot higher than it should be they suggested that they would take care of it and make a note of it because I had a belt 5 cancellations due to app issues stores being closed because they closed a lot sooner now due to covid-19 and that is not my fault that I had to cancel out those batches in one of those cancellations was due to my car I have five stars and now I do not have a job during this crisis it is so upsetting and I do not believe I should be deactivated I just don't understand why one of their representatives told me Saturday that those batches would be removed because they were no fault of my own I am hurt and now I'm with out a job due to me not being able to do something due to store closures ect. My cancellation rate is not accurate whatsoever it is close to 10% not 16 or 17 do to those batches within the last week and a half two of which being for app issues including Saturday morning when your app crashed another to being due to covid-19 in stores closing earlier and you guys still having the app taking orders for closed stores and me accepting the badges thinking they're open and I can't help a car issue I had a bad battery I was five stars I worked my butt off hours during this crisis and this is how you treat your employees I love working for instacart and now I'm sitting here without a job due to no fault of my own I kept tabs on my cancellation rate and that's why I reached out on Saturday because they were counting batches that were cancelled either because I reached out in there was a problem that wasn't my fault or an emergency or app issue please reconsider I'm a great employee and I love instacart please don't deactivate me just because of a fault and a unaccurate cancellation percentage when it should be near 10%
