I am new to Instacart. I placed an order with BJ's and I went thru the order process till it came to the address confirmation and I saw that it listed my old MD address so I thought I changed the order information to reflect my new address in Delaware.
However, when the notice came in on my phone tit said the order was delivered to my old address where no one lives currently. However, I now have an order charged that I am in no way able to get access to as I have a broken ankle and do not drive. I want to get the first order deleted from my credit card and the correct address into the system so that this does not occur again.
I was very worried about something like this happening and now it has. Very unhappy:(
User's recommendation: Triple check address info if you are at a new address.
