You should have smelled a rat immediately . The correct reply would have been : "Issue my refund and upon receipt I will withdraw my complaint."

Instacart - Extremely unfair with poor communication service

I was promised a card months ago and then they email me saying they have cancelled my account for not working or scheduling a shift when I have not been able to get ahold of anyone at all for a card in the first place.
