Shoppers behavior at ALDI grocery stores.
Some of the Instacart shoppers who come to ALDI are really courteous and professional. Most of them are very difficult with the cashiers at ALDI.
- there are the one whose steal the plastic bags.
- there are some who don't want to look for the items in the stores
- there are also those who come and ask for the quarter for the shopping carts and don't return it, and we have the ones that hold up the line with their multiple orders.
On top of that they will request to complain to a manager at ALDI about a cashier who simply wants to meet the ALDI standards of work.
Please instacart, let the shoppers know that at ALDI store you pay for the bags, you go to the bagging table to bag your groceries and when doing multiple orders keep in mind that at ALDI they want the customers to not wait and that's why their associates don't bag. In case they can't handle the shoppers can't handle the multiple orders the company Instacart has to start blocking them on the app to take 2 or 3 orders at once.
User's recommendation: Please at ALDI, everyone pays for the plastics or paper bags.
Preferred solution: Please instruct the shoppers that they have to pay for the bags at ALDI. They also have to able to manage their multiple orders or the instacart app has to simply limit them to one single order in order to not hold the line at the check registers ..
