On August 6, 2022 I placed an order with Instacart for 4 items from Fresh Market. An order was delivered but not my order.

Called Instacart CS. Agent agreed to send the exact order in two hours. Put me on hold for 25 minutes to return with the matter had to be escalated. Provided a turn around time of one hour.

Also sent me an email asking that I plead my case to the Resolution Team. I followed all the directions only to receive an email three later of the denial to refund or replace. The email stated because I had refunds or disputes in the past my request was denied without appeal for this decision. Basically dont report missing items.

Spoiled items. Just live with it or dont use instcrt.

Monetary Loss: $84.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
