I am beyond frustrated with your company.
Yesterday i paid $150 for items that I only partially received and on the app it shows i only paid $110z Today i was charged another $55 dollars for an order i was trying to place that never went through. Credit one cancelled my card because they thought it was fraudulent activity and the customer service rep who tried to apply the credits applied a refund to a card that is now cancelled.
I just want to scream i cannot get food for my kids now because my credit card has been cancelled and the $55. i had on my upgrade card was taken from you as well!
Please apply credits to my account immediately so I can replace the groceries or I will report your company for fraud.
