For unknown reason an order I was expecting was canceled and my account deactivated in early April. Regardless of how many attempts to get this problem fixed I have been unsuccessful.

I was sent one email from the Instacart trust and safety team with instructions that required me to answer a few questions on that form.I was unable to text in any answers where indicated. Multiple phone calls to Instacart help line were totally futile. I was told they would contact me within 48 hours each time with instructions on how to get my account reactivated. I have never gotten a response or follow up of any kind.

I paid $99 for this annual delivery service which doesnt actually expire until July and yet I havent been able to place an order since early April. I have tried to put in a new credit card because trying to place an order it said I had no payment method on file. When I added the new card it told me there was and error #1369A came up each time. What seems to be the problem?

I think my next step will be to take this to a forum on Facebook. This is a horrible service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Instacart Pros: Speed and ease of ordering.

Instacart Cons: I have already answered this.
