Instacart - My order said it arrived at my front door. I still don’t have it

My shipper said he left my order at my door. He did not leave it at my door, he took a picture of the apartment he left it at but it was not my apartment.
I have no idea whos apartment he left it at. I tried to call Instacart but they are not answering call.
I have no way to resolve this if I cant talk to someone. I am very upset
Monetary Loss: $60.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Instacart Pros: No pros.
Instacart Cons: Delivered to the wrong house, Totally disinterested customer service.

Can’t shop at Walmart and superstore and when I called they put me on hold for 15 mins and then hang up on me. They are so rude and unprofessional. This is why outsourcing to another country DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I would take a photo of your apartment door & contact them via email so you can send the photo to verify items not left at your door
you couldnt get them on the phone because of covid. As a delivery person and me listen to this i can tell you its because of your directions on how to find your apartment.
Apartments are awful. Buildings not numbered, no address, no lighting at night.
no directions on where to go. its important to make the directions as easy as possible.
I CAN NOT GET THEM ON THE PHONE EITHER.
