I have been using instacart for over a year. I ordered just about every week.
Even though I knew I was paying significantly more for groceries, the convince out weighed the cost. Last week I ordered though the AP from Publix and it included 2 Reubens. This week I ordered again and the just tell me the Reuben is out of stock, so I text back I'll take turkey instead. They close the order and don't add either.
I call Publix...they aren't out of stock. Long story short..they tell me they can't do hot deli food..they didn't a week ago but not now? Then why can you order items they can't execute? They recently changed to a shopper and a driver..since the it became problematic.
I have resigned the account. Not saying I'll never be back, but I left Netflix in 2011 when they made it clear they didn't care about their loyal consumers and I am now considering going back....bye bye instacart
