New ReviewerI did a batch and the Instacart card payment didnt work so after a long time and with the manager of the store and Instacart agent trying to see if the card works she ask me to use my personal credit card to make the payment of the order in that way the customer will not be waiting for the items anymore so the Instacart agent send me specific instructions in how I have to apply for the reimbursement requested and she said dont worry you are not going to have any issue with it. Now after several attempts my requested are denied because they said the receipt is NOT CLEAR.
I send all the information to another Instacart agent and he open a ticket number 7406**** with all the information and he said everything its clear they can check everything here to make it easier the process for both without any issue after that I requested again the reimbursement and they still denied my case because is not clear I have until today to requested the reimbursement if not Ill lost any chance to requested again. What I can see here is that the company doesnt want pay the reimbursement when I paid the order because an Instacart agent ask me to do it if not I wouldnt use my credit card to make any payment to any groceries that are not mine
