I would take a photo of your apartment door & contact them via email so you can send the photo to verify items not left at your door

In my complaint I said I sent an email to Shopper@***.net and that email is no good. I then tried to send it to Shopper@***.com and that also did not go through.

On the telephone message - there is no .com or .net - so, it is an email that is USELESS. STILL A SCAM!!!...

Questions regarding applications

I looked on the internet for instacart and they have tpu start filling out a questionnaire then referred you to an app that says you already have an account and you cabt move forward

Left me broke for 2 days

Your Visa **** card was temporarily authorized for $35.00. Your statement will reflect a final charge within 7 business days of order completion. This order left me no money since the total was under 20 dollars. I am on a budget.OD

Account Deactivated

Hi I shopped for Instacart and my account was deactivated. I appealed the decision but I was never fully briefed on the reasons why. My appeal was denied and I would like for Instacart to reevaluate and reinstate me as a shopper. When I started it was a learning curve and I feel that upon reinstatement I can excel to become a top performer. I look forward to hearing from you I hope you have a great day! Warm regards Freddy

Unauthorized charges

I keep getting charged every month for an Instacart subscription I did not sign up for and no matter how many times I call and complain it seems to reoccur monthly. I also never got any of my money back

Theft of Gift Card funds by Instacart and the refusal to replace them

On July 8th I redeemed a $500.00 gift card on Instacart. I spent $167.71 on three orders two on July 10th and one on July11. On July 17th I tried to place another order and the Instacart system was malfunctioning and not processing orders and was telling me to try my order again. I did not realize that each time I tried to reorder it was subtracting from my gift card. I now have a balance of $32.28. Where is my money???? I tried to call and was hung up on twice(after being on hold for 30min), as well disconnected twice during on-line chat!!!!!!! I am owed $300.00 and I want my money back.

Charged for a subscription I didn't agree to

I agreed to try instacart. I tried it once. I was charged for an item that I didn't want, so I decided that I didn't want to use it anymore. Furthermore, I deleted the app and gave the online shopping experience a negative review. The next thing I knew, I was charged for a 1 yr. Subscription, which I did not want. I called the help center and they said that it could take up to 1 year to take it off my Visa. This is unacceptable and ridiculous.

I am being charged a delivery fee when I order my groceries. I also am being charged a $9.99 fee on my bank account for delivery. Why is that?
