Want to be reimbursed for the days wages lost by falsely having my account frozen. I have proof the order was delivered.

I never work with instacart but they are saying that my account has been deactivated. When i m trying to contact them they are not answering me.

Not passing my account keep saying that my account got deactivated. The question is when i never made an account then how it can be deactivated.

Didn’t get order

Got notice my order was picked but never arrived , also got charged additional charge 123$ , no one can tell me why We had a second person contact us about delivery of our order , and need a scan code , said some already used it and took our order The lady from customer service spoke very poor English, and couldnt understand me or I her, but she said both charge would drop off in morning , I hope she is right

To reactive my account

I got an delivery and when I got in the store it's like instacart logged me out and I couldn't get back in and when I checked it said my account was deactivated. Because of fail to show identity even though when they asked for the pictures I took them.I think the reason it happened it because I had Mississippi license and I got them changed to Georgia license because I had just moved.

User's recommendation: Don't get your license changed because they will deactivate your account.

The app is not working, and no response from them

Went to use the app and it froze. Cant get a response from Instacart, will not provide me with a phone number to call and actually talk to someone. They're costumer service is terrible

1st time using service and it's been a terrible experience I keep trying to cancel as I got a text to tell me the one ite I wanted x5 is the only reason I used the service.It was to go to my aunt in TO IM IN HAMILTON.. I also wasnt to be charged delivery. I asked to cancel the complete delivery as The only reason I tried your service as I Im Hamilton and they live in North Your and are 85 & 91. I was really planning to use this service throughout the winter.

Wanted to change payment method but I spent 2hours on line without any success

Finally got the phone they are located in LasVegas called but the agent did not speak English so it was another wasted hour Liane Friedman I stopped using Instacart for about 6months I guess it will be my last order

Scam artists

Horrible on communication for a refund I have been waiting for about 4 Mo this now and they tell you on a daily basis they are escalating and you will receive 24/48hrs been waiting since May 2022!
