Your driver delivered my order to another address. It was on 8/8 and to date I have still not received my refund of $120.26. This is awful customer service

Order refund not received from august 8 mistake by your driver. I am a senior citizen and need my money I only get a check once a week and to wait this long for a refund is rediculos and shamefull on your part. I should have received a refund immediately when I reported the error by your driver. Instead I have waited over rwowrks

Checkout procedures were vague and there was no way to respond on the website Kept telling me that I did not confirm

They refuse to refund missing/defective products

Shoppers make mistakes all the time, and after so many of them, rather than actually fixing the problems, they just stop refunding anything, even entirely missing products, implicitly blaming the customer.

Received unacceptable produce and meat

I dont believe my shopper knew how to grocery shop. He picked all gigantic old produce and the chicken package was huge and didnt look fresh. The eye of round roast was also huge and had a thick hunk and a of fat running through it.

User's recommendation: You must specify every detail of the groceries you want. This service was very disappointing and expensive.

Shopper did not know how to select produce, meat, or substitute marinade.

Almost all of my produce is GIGANTIC and OLD. Meat was also giant sized and old (chicken) and eye of round roast was HUGE and not well marbled. Roast has a thick hunk of fat running through it entirely. Replacement marinade was nothing like the flavor I originally ordered.

User's recommendation: Don’t use Instacart. Shipt is much better.

I CALLED CONTINUOUSLY AND NO ANSWER TO HAVE MY PROBLEM RESOLVED.YOU CAN CALL A LINE THAT ONLY HAS ACCESS TO REFER WITH THE ELDERLY, HOW INSANE.WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER CARE, THEY NEED DIRECT ACCESS TO LIVE AGENTS. I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN THE MATTER RESOLVED, THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

This is Instacart 2nd. time putting my groceries on someone else’s porch

The shopper the driver does not pay close attention to the address the groceries supposed to get dropped off at. This is the driver second time putting my groceries on someone elses porch without verifying the address over and over

We received wrong order

Shopper gave us the wrong order. I was told that another shopper would redo my order and we would have 2-3 hrs in time. We didnt rec. until the next day! I was told I wouldnt be charged for the order!

Company is a ripoff

Fees are outrageous, half my order needed replacement, prices are substituted higher. They make it hard to use your credits. The checkout website is confusing. I finally got a support person who knew what he was doing and used up my credits. I was even pissed that I was not going to leave a tip but the checkout did anyway. Will never use them again.

Pissed at guidance when placing order

The person missed lead me and it cost me in not being able to use my gift card credits. The fees are outrageous and the shopper got only half the items. They didnt even get bananas! They gave me a losey $5 credit that will probably cost me $10 to use. Im going use up my credits and never use instant cart again!
