Lately alot of batchs are being batched together to lessen the fuel asst. Thats hurting the driver. 50% of The batchs are in two different directions costing the driver way more in gas then its worth to do the job. 2 to 3 batches batched together @ say 25.00 pay out total, is absolutely not worth it for a driver in any means. Your promos are barely worth doing, one day its 6 for 72 the next 6 for 52; thats awful. We are risking out health and extra wear and tear on our vehicle's as well as the gas. This pay scale is way off!!

I was doing a order and that day its was around four oclock my account deactivated ,But my phone was messing up i have replaced my phone and got a new phone ,lshould be ok now I really need into cart back , this how i make my extra money I enjoy doing this was fun to me i had some very nice customer , they always tell me you very fast .

Shopper account activation

My phone number was associated with a duplicate or inactive shopper account. Ive recently got in contact with LAUREN from trust_safety@***.com on May, 9th 2022. I filled the form that was supposed reset everything after one business day. These issues have not been resolved.

Constantly being locked out of my membership

I have not contacted instacart by phone.I have moved to another delivery service.In the end I know I have to call them because they have sent me instructions how to unlock my account but I don't know how to do that on my computer.I am a senior and only have rudimentary knowledge of my computer.But I dread calling them.They have my $99 yearly subscription fee that I paid in April.Anyway, maybe next week.I know if I get this straightened out,it'll just be another hassle next month because I don't have a cell phone.After a year and thousands of dollars spent they have lead me to other delivery services and away from them with all their hassles.Wendy Balshin

I called to report that my app wouldn't open and then I was locked out of the app altogether.I keep getting messages to reset my password and then I keep getting told I'm locked out.They sent me instructions to get back in but I' m a 68 year old senior and have no idea how to do what they're asking.I know I have to phone the seniors line but I'm dreading it.Instead I've been planning to order from another delivery service,I am really upset with instacart.I don't feel they are respecting me as being a regular customer who has spent thousands of dollars on their site.if

I would like my account to be reopened I can use it,I appreciate your caution with someone trying to get into it but it was only me.You also have my annual renewal money and you should let me use it

Cancellation of membership

I called two separate times with billing / cancellation issues yet the second call was fully successful with canceling and receiving a refund 89.01 so I only lost 9.99. Totally satisfied with my call.

When I call a number and am promised free delivery for my next order it would be nice if the associate follows through with their promise

I am in management and if my customer service associate had promised a customer free delivery on their next order I would follow through. Needs to be coached. Customers are the cheapest form of advertisement

My account got reactivated by cyberianx on telegram

I got deactivated 3yrs because of a delayed delivery but i had tried to explain the reasons to the customer care but they never responded so i switched to Uber. It was until December that i could get access back to my account. Thanks to cyberianx.

Account Deactivation

Instacart deactivates accounts for the most unbelievable reasons. My account was deactivated a year ago. Sunday morning I kept seeing tons of shops, but when I went to take one hour later it said my account was deactivated. It told me to check my email, when I did I responded right away and after 24 hours I received an email response saying that they deactivated me for fraudulent delivery distance, which makes no sense and they refused to provide any additional information. I have written them countless times to no avail. I eventually had to speak to cyberianx on telegram, a programmer that helped me recover my account in less than 24hrs. Everything is back to normal now.
