Good customer service issues w/delivery was resolved within a few minutes, by phone.

Delivery was not be good , groceries were left unattended, one substitute item was not on order, by calling it was resolved within a few minutes.

I’m tired of your delivers just putting groceries in front of my apartment door when he could have knocked or rung the door bell. This isn’t the 1st time this has happened.

There were frozen sun the bag and the lazy clown couldnt knock or ring the bell. Good thing my neighbor saw them and helped me bring them in. I had a great attack and I have to be careful how much I lift thats why I want them brought in the apartment. Laziness is not an excuse in my book . I pay good money for your service only to get these people that dont give a darn.

Unorganized purchased

I guess insta card good idk, I sign up to deliver. A month ago still on the wait list. All of a sudden a instant cart tried to withdraw 1 hundred and something dollars. Just cold turkey out of no were without my consent .

Fraud

I dont like how customer reports fraud saying they didnt receive an item and my star rating gets effected without you looking into it . I delivered 2 items in 1 bag and they reported the steaks missing whe ln I have receipt and picture that shows different.

Wrong order

I did got get the buy one get one items . The delivery person come without knocking on the front door and without any notification prior to arrival. The profile showing a different person guy instead a girl . Personally dont have a preference either or. Main issue not getting the right items requested especially the buy one get one. Huge issue with being put on hold while trying to get the issue resolved with insta cart operator.

Not getting through online app - I have an issue with items I never ordered

I was sent 5 extra items I did not order and charged for them! The lamb chops were supposed to be 10.99 1b and I got some that were over double the sale!

Billing problem

I need to speak to trust and safety about my credit card being used without my consent and was told my credit card was going to be refunded but it wasnt and my credit card was charged still. I would really like to recieved a phone call back

It deactivated cause cancel order cause phone problem making sure for now on my phone is working Properly So wont have to cancel no more orders so I wont get deactivated no more .

Was told I would receive a credit of 95$ last order delivered to wron address

I received the credit of 95$on todays order I didnt know it was applied Happy to continue using instacart The order was delivered to wrong address I was unable to get it No one was home at that address. Called Instacart to get the order picked up and redelivered They were unable to do this. I received a credit for order

Poor customer service, adding items to cart are overpriced. Food lion grocery orders were out of stocked. Majority of grocery were replacements.
