Target has nothing that I want. They are all out of most of my first choices so far

The shopper was in the beginning of the process and target did not have the first five or six items and no good replacements because Im trying to stick to organic. Target was already low on organic before I placed my order so the pickings were slim in the beginning. Target had no notices that they were low on these products. I did not want to pay even 75% on products that were not as healthy as I originally chose. The shopper was great. I will re-order from Wegmans tomorrow.

User's recommendation: If you want mostly organic groceries don’t shop at target because they are always out.

I received a batch to shop at a Walgreens, while I was shopping the customer, sent me a text asking me to call them, I called the number, no one answered, I then received a call from a supposedly from a Instacart customer care agent, informing me that the account ordered from was fraudulent, and that they were canceling it and I was going to be compensated for the batch and that I was to also receive a 45.00 bump, they also called me back stating that they were still working on it and try logging back in in an hour. I sent a picture of the number.

Complaint

I got deactivated yesterday by this lady or man not sure but I was told to leave food in cart by door and ring bell as I did mind you I had to wait 45 minutes for their chicken that wasnt done. Then they keep adding stuff on the order and wouldnt answer my texts but gonna say your food was smoky I dont smoke in the car how can I get back to being active

The location for delivery was 300 Beale Street

I delivered to 300 Beale St because that was the address on my Instacart delivery. This is not the first time the map sent me to the wrong location and customers are pissed or pull their order. If there is a way the Instacart system can prevent this from continuing to happen, I think we would have many or happy customers.

User's recommendation: Instacart system should correct the delivery location for shopper to delivery to the correct address.

Good morning how are you due to covid 19 i did not work and lost my ability to work on the app i am requesting to join the company again also on 07/01/2021 i have a brutal car accident which lost me to make money and which is why the application seems to be put me out from finding a batch and loging into my account app. Auto Claim For Nissan Leaf 2014. Flexible & Helpful RE: Membership

It was easy to find their customer service #. They answered quickly. I explained my situation, and they refunded my annual membership ($99), and switched me to a monthly membership ($10) without ANY questions or pressure. The whole call took 10 minutes, and they were super nice.

Problem with order

The instacart agent was very helpful to my problem . A customer wanted me to cancel and refund a order due to the employee that works at Rancho (the place I was shopping at) the employee forgot to scan 2 times which was 2 cakes from a bakery but she scanned everything else (I was told it was a new worker . The situation made me stay in the store longer than I was suppose to but Im glad the customer was understandable and knew it wasnt my fault . I refunded her money with the receipt .

The rep could not assist me with my issue that I was really annoyed about but she truly gave me encouragement that my issue would be resolved with some active suggestions thank you so much for having an amazing employee. Not a fan of the security process though many people live together and are married and should be able to access their husbands accounts with no issues. But Janice had nothing to do with that she was awesome.
