Had illegal purchases on my credit card. Purchases made to instacart.
March 16th- march-29 totaling to almost three hundred dollars. Trying to get this matter resolved. Sent dates and time to your investigative team. Please follow up and let me know results Carl Rhodes 414-813-**** card ending in 9756 expiration date 10/31/30.
Made report to credit card company in police.
Please help me to follow up and resolve this issue. Carl Rhodes you're cooperation is greatly appreciated thank you.
Blocked me out of Account
Account was closed. Never asked.
Tried to resolve for months. I have over $200.00 of credits to use on the account. No help, zero resolution, no activation of the account, and used on a daily basis.
For none to be able to or try to help, I'm still mad about my money. I no longer use the app due to the poorest service, and I was robbed.

- - On a waiting list for over 2 years to become an Instacart delivery driver.
- - They would love to work on Instacart, but openings for new people are rare.
I have been on the waiting list for over 2 years to become a delivery person for Instacart, and I've yet to hear anything, which is crazy because ordering off Instacart often, it doesn't seem there is nearly enough. I would love to try working on this platform, but it seems they never open up to add new people.

I'm waiting to see if my money is refunded or not. I was told it would take up to 10 days. My only gripe would be that it takes to long to get a refund and better id should have been asked for.
I recently received a gift card from my nephew for $50. I used it for $15.
When I tried to use it again, my balance was showing a purchase for $29.03, which I did not make. I have filled out a claim with the company and am awaiting a decision.
Meanwhile, I'm out $29.03 that I could be using. I don't understand why you need that much time to reimburse me.

Dear Instacart,
I ordered various things from Instacart on the early morning of February 28, including 2 packs (6 bottles/pack) of Cole water. I got everything within an hour, thank you. However, the 2 packs of Cole water were not delivered.
I paid $17.88 for the two packs, but those were not delivered. I can provide the list of items which were to be delivered, but the Cole water was not among those. I request immediate delivery since I paid for them.
If I do not get them, what I paid for, I will never use Instacart anymore.
The order was from Safeway. I appreciate the fast delivery, but I do not appreciate that not everything was ordered.
I can provide the name of the driver if necessary.

User's recommendation: Ask the driver to call you or send a text message about his progress. I have a worse story than the above one, when there is a picture of the ordered items in front of my door but nothing was delivered or it was to the wrong address. Theonly way is to ask for a call or at least knocking the door. I got what I wanted for the 3rd order. It is bad, really bad and I am not a bank to lend money if I get the cost back at all. Use Ubereats instead of Instacart.

Order taking too long no contact
- - No real person to talk to; long hold times.
- - The app went down and I wasn't notified.
- - I canceled and reordered, delaying delivery.
It was the most unhelpful experience I have ever had. No real person to talk to.
Stayed on hold forever. App went down, wasn't notified, and I had to cancel the order and reorder. Now it will be late when it gets to my house.
I'm very disappointed with Instacart. I have been a customer for a long time, and I thought I would get more help.
