Unable to cancel membership
I had a trial membership. There is no way to cancel it so it rolled into an annual membership that I still can't cancel.
Chat assistant doesn't help.
Says to go to membership page but the only option is to sign up, not cancel. Someone needs to file a lawsuit.
The items for their delivery options also have excessive charges
I still have a request for a robbery for one of their shoppers since a month and that never helped
This is the worst company I ever met. I had an issue with one of their shopper who stole two bikes from my neighbors house in one time he came to dropped off an order and I contacted the support 4 times.
And they not only offered me 5 dollars in compensation but every time they said they will contact me to follow up the problem and never had a respond back. Today I spent more than 2 hours in chat with one of their associates and told him/her more than once I wont leave until they give me an answer and if he or she end the chat is under their responsibility because I wont give my consent until someone has something accurate to say and this person just ends the conversation and let me in the same position for 4th time. Oh, and I dont want to forget to say that I paid 99 dollars for a membership and not only all the products are more expensive in their site but this is what I get from them. Not attending to their members issues even if we are talking about a robbery, which is a serious matter.
This is like a scam site. Never try to reach their costumer service team because this associate said and I have the proof that the team doesnt have an email or way to reach them.
They are joking on me for more than 2 weeks with this situation. So Im not giving 0 star because is not an option here but thats what they deserve

Hi. I have tried several times to have the money returned to me because I went to Aldi located in Lancaster Ohio on March 30th, 2024.
Before I started to shop for a customer (Brittany) I asked if they accepted a digital card, their respond was yes. So, I go my way with a shopping and I was done ready to check out. This another person told me I could not used a digital card so I used MY DEBIT CARD to pay for the groceries. Then I contacted Instacart to get an address.
I have been told Instacart WILL NOT reimburse me for my money because it was used by your debit card. I had explained again and again to looked at the receipt and the Instacart card that the numbers do NOT match. They kept asking me to send a copy of the receipt, my bank statement, etc again and again. I asked them dont you have it on the system.
Why am I having to keep sending what they asking for it. This is a cat and mouse game and sounds like Instacart DOES NOT want to reimburse me the money.
The company is fraudulent, embarrassing, and shameful. Shame on you!!!

Im actually a shopper but didnt see one for a shopper.I accidentally used my money to pay for a ordere on Dec 9th.I still havent received my reimbursements back as of today this should not take this long to refund my money $170 is what is was.I would like to have my money back back real soon please.sorry dates Dec.10th

her attitude was calm and made me feel welcome. I recommend her for service advice and resolution to anyone that meat her. If I had met her in person, I would want to say thank you.

I had bought a gift card at Walgreens on 11/14 for $150.00. I placed an order on Instacart and five minutes later, it was canceled and my account was locked because of potential fraud.
I sent them a picture of my license and the card I used through an email. I called on Monday and they said that they would send me a gift card. I called them back today (Wednesday), and they said that they had permanently closed my account and would not give me back my money via a gift card or anything else.
I spent hours on the phone calling and emailing, and still got nothing. I am going to keep trying to get my money, but I am DONE with Instacart.

The last two orders from Shop Rite and my price plus card hasnt been used. This has cost me saving and now it has cost me a turkey, the points from using the card goes towards a free turkey.
I called your so called help center and they obviously dont know that when your card is linked you dont have do anything else. They tried telling me that I needed to add it when paying which is pure bs. Perhaps if you had your help center in the USA they would understand.
I expect a reply back as this has only happened since the free turkey promo started which leads me to believe your workers are using my point for themselves. Just an update my daughter linked my shorite card to instacart and the points posted to my account even though customer service said it was shoprites fault smh.

First of all, I had a brand new account, never used. Supposedly, you are supposed to get free delivery.
They charged me $107.42 for a yearly membership that I did not want. The post had corrected by saying I had to get a $9.99 'sent' membership. They were supposed to refund me my $107.42 minus the $9.99. They tried to charge my card $10 and some change just in order to give me $97 back.
Furthermore, they're going to say you can't have two active memberships. But how is that so, if you're canceling the $107 that I didn't even get, then how do I have two that are active at the same time? It makes no sense.
They are absolutely thieves, scammers, and liars. Never-

I ordered from I ordered from you $117 and some odd cents in products and then I got another Message Staton that you guys took out another $42.02 I want my $42.02 put back on my card cause I already spent 117 I didnt spend an extra $42.02
