I was in the Sam's Club 02/22.2021 on IH 35 North and Judson rd, San Antonio, Texas around 10:30 am There a cart with about 8 cases of water in middle of am Isle by itself waited for about 3 mins to see if if it was abandon even asked a store employee is this returns was told he did not know but if its abandon I can take what I want he saw no one else around it, There was senior citizen crying as she and her son had been to several stores for water as hers was still off due to snow storm and had a busted pipe, So I took 1 case of water off the cart as I placed it in my basket a young lady came around the corner screaming that's my water I asked her can she give up 1 case for the lady she said no its her customers, I asked can you just let them know this is all they had she screamed that I was a Ingnorate *** and did I hear her that she worked for instacart, and it was for her customer, All I said was do not call me names please I only asked, and she proceeded to scream that I was a ignorant *** She proceeded to follow me into the meat dept and calling me more names including the *** and screaming at me U asked the one of the employees to please get a manager as she will not leave me alone nor stop screaming at me other customers were asking her to stop it. When the Security officer came over she started screaming about her degree's and that she was helping people shopping for them, she did not need to do this for them and calling me names, As soon as a police officer that works for the store came over she started crying hysterical and acted like she could not breathe but had no problems cursing out and calling me names a few seconds before I think she did this because she was going to be escorted oit of the store. I and other customers are astonished you would allow your employee's to act like this.
