I have used this service twice. They both charged a 10% service fee, which I assumed would be tip for driver.

I actually added the 10% tip both times. Then today, I looked at my receipt, it shows 10% twice, once for service and once for tip. So, I checked my first Instacart only to find one service fee and the wonderful shopper that I did approve a tip does not have one on my receipt. Not sure what's going on, but it seems that the shoppers/delivery people should get the 10% every time, for their service and for their tip.

I don't want to pay a "surcharge" of 10% to Instacart upper management. Can I get that back?

Preferred solution: Don't charge me a service fee for yourselves, give it to the shoppers/drivers.

I liked: People that shopped and delivered my items.

I didn't like: Tricky or hidden service fee.
