I was charged 2.00 more per frozen dinner i bought .. The shopper sent me photo of price ( 2.95) but was still overcharged.

What should be $20 bill is $40 bill stay away! When calling Instacart, the guy kept trying to offer me a 4.00 coupon .The overcharge was for 6 plus dollars.. My bill should have been $26 at most it was $40 .. You think you are saving; but you are not.

Finally the manager got on .. and asked if I wanted a credit. I said I simply want the overcharge back. I need the money..

He said "alright .. i will refund the difference back. you don't have to use instacart again. Note: The shopper was very apologetic.

She indicated that the manager of Lowe's said product was put in wrong place.. but on enlarging picture.. what the sticker below product did show the exact product...name and description... I feel from reading other reviews..

that this is an ongoing problem with Instacart and something should be done.. There are oodles of complaints.. Trying to get refund is very difficult. They rather give credit than refund...because then..

you will be using their service again. . I won't ..

Seems everyone is out to get your money.. watch your receipts on Instacart.

Reason of review: Pricing issue.

Monetary Loss: $6.

Instacart Pros: That the shopper apologized, That i did eventually get my money back for the overcharge.

Instacart Cons: I was challenged i had chat log n photos to support the problem.
