I am still angry about the dim non-disclosure regarding the extent of fees that were charged to me. If I knew what these fees in addition to my charges, would ultimately amount to, I would not have added additional items to my order.

You knowingly placed a large hold on my account when all the items were not even available for purchase.

I was also advised by one of your rude agents that items on the website are not regularly updated to reflect accurate inventory which ultimately means that you knowingly place holds against items that are not actually in the store. Then you play around with the numbers so that, at the end of the transaction, the customer will still have the maximum hold on items, a large accumulated fee and the disturbing final dollar amount of the transaction.

In addition to the fees you placed a long drawn-out hold on my checking account.

Had I known how much my bill was beforehand I would have had my son pick it up but you made it deliberately difficult to see the total amount or have the ability to change or cancel the transaction!!

This entire process was frustrating, upsetting and unprofessional. I will make every effort in performing my duty by word of mouth to negatively advertise this travesty you call customer service!

I will also be contacting the FCC about this transaction for you have obviously not learned anything from the previous lawsuit.

User's recommendation: Avoid these people if at all possible.
