Terrible experience with Instacart
I was hopeful, and ordered groceries to be delivered. I got text messages saying that the shopper is putting together the grocery order.
The delivery window for the groceries came and went, and no groceries were delivered. 2 hours after that, I cancelled the grocery order because there was still no delivery (also, no new estimated time for delivery).
However, I still had to pay the cancellation fee, which is unfair because I cancelled due to the groceries not being delivered 2 hours after the agreed upon time. The whole Instacart experience was very negative, and I hope they go out of business and are replaced by a better service.

Ppl actually rely on this job as a source of income. Why would you wish them to be without a job. I understand you're upset but maybe you should get your own groceries next time.
Then they would still be out of a job
