I received only text help in trying to use my account. It no longer is usable under my chefgregory@***.com I spoke to one person from help support that couldnt help me.
She told Me to open under a new account. Sorry I only have one email account and she was no help and told me to call another support. On emails I have been dealing with Alex and Quinn with again no help. I have now given up on Instacart and now my $3000 a month orders now go to whole foods.
I just want to thank you for making this so difficult on the consumer to return to Instacart.
I will never come back and will be telling my chef friends to use whole foods since there much easier to work with. I was a consistent and happy customer with Instacart but no more.
User's recommendation: Use Whole Foods since instacarts support is non compliant.
