Please have a customer service manager call me.
I had an order. They changed my delivery time 2 times and then cancelled me altogether.
I should have been next in line for an available shopper the next day or even days later.
I should not have been dumped.
I can Not go shopping because I have asthma and can not risk exposure.
I have been trying incessantly to get my order to go through.
I do Not need it right away and I don't mind waiting for an order I KNOW I will receive but it's a Huge problem when I think food is coming and it doesn't.
As a former Manager at COSTCO, I can tell you this is not the kind of customer service we would ever accept.
